Cones chameleoned chartreuse
Nestled needlessly ‘neath needles
Prompting pines proliferating pineal prototypes.
I forgot where I set the spots
Which the fawn had lost
In some mysterious way.
—Out—damn—spot—!
And—off—with—
One’s (dead):
Don’t—forget—to
Play—out: with
You’re (head)—
The soothsayer said,
(Once, dead).
In some mysterious way,
I forgot where I put the head
Which the unknown grave had not.
Bears, Bears, I told you to bear!
